Investment Analysis

Just back from Investment Analysis class.

I feel its so hard on the first class. I feel like giving up. I even calculate my cgpa if i get this and that grade for every subject i took this semester, including Investment Analysis. Oh my gosh! Stressful~

Why i am not the smart and intelligent student? =(

Anyway, before the class ends, i flashed back what my mentor told me last week. He ask me to take this subject cause it will be a credit for me when i go for interview. And he keeps stress this sentence, "don't give up, i believe you". So i guess you know what decision i had made..yup, that's right! I will continue taking this subject with more effort! As much effort as my other killer papers!

No more play play..i shall start do my revision tonight! No more slacking!

I need to determine and have strong discipline to myself!

Guan yin ma, please give me more power to overcome this semester. I will be a good person. =)

And to the peoples around me, please bear with me if i am very stress and don't go out with you!

From now on, i should reduce my sleeping time! Sleep only when i am really tired.. =)

New Year Resolutions!

It's time to share with you all my new year resolutions. Personally, i feel resolutions is important cause it motivates you to achieve something. You might not achieve it by the end of the year but at least you try and put effort on it. =)

So here's my new year resolutions!

1. Love myself more!

• take proper care of my skin especially my face. I am going to use mask this year! I nvr use any before so i'm gonna try it! Hope i can have better skin soon!
• treat my stomach well, as in eating more healthy foods like vegetables and fruits. Try to reduce goreng stuff, instant noodles, fast foods and so on..
• what else ar? Oh yaa..bring umbrella with me during daytime to avoid uv sunlight. =)

2. As usual, improve my cgpa!

• My cgpa was improve last year but not much. I hope i can maintain or increase it. Please don't get lower..please! Okiee..i know praying not good enuff, i got to put more effort! I will.. =)
• Follow my study timetable
• Finish projects and tutorials asap!
• Revise every weekend and make sure i understand what i've learn on weekedays..(entertainment still part of my life but not so much lor..i believe i can arrange it well)

3. Save money!

• Expenses that i can't avoid in this year is house rental(RM 120), Internet(RM 12), phone bills, petrol for car and etc..but i will try to save money in entertainment part. Which is watch less movies in cinema(download them! =p) and sing K in my own room or bathroom.. =p
• In this year, i think i will spend more money on skincare products! I am 22 years old now, i think it is important to take good care of my skin.. =)
• Shopping is a must but not so shopaholic lor. I hope i am rich in future so that i don't to see price tag whenever i wanna buy something that i really really want.

4. Lastly and most important ones, live everyday like there's no tomorrow! =)

p/s: I love everyone of you. Please bear with me when i like to do things alone, on my own.

Nevertheless, be patient with my bad tempers too. It will not last long, don't worry.. =)
